General

To better serve UDFINE users around the world, this return and exchange policy has been established under the laws and regulations on customer protection in mainland China as well as UDFINE's brand philosophy.

The UDFINE Return and Exchange Policy applies only to products (as defined herein) purchased through our official website (https://udfinefit.com).

7-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your udfinefit.com purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt (starting at 00:00 the following day).

To be eligible for a return under the 7-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy, you must fulfill the following criteria.

About return fees:

  • According to the 7-day satisfaction guarantee return policy, customers are required to prepay all shipping fees; if the returned product is indeed a quality problem after our inspection, then we will return the shipping fee for your return (The shipping fee payment voucher is needed).
  • UDFINE will process and refund within 3 weeks after receiving the product.

 

Your return request will be rejected by UDFINE if any of the following occurs:

  • The return is requested more than 7 days from the date of receipt;
  • All accessories, freebies, user manuals or original packaging included in the return are missing or damaged;
  • Failure to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase, or forgery or alteration in any way;
  • Defects or damage to the product caused by modification, spillage of liquids, sand, oil, etc., improper installation or use not in accordance with the user manual;
  • Product defects or damage caused by accidents (including but not limited to collision, fire, flood, earthquake, traffic accidents);
  • Failure to ship the returned product within 7 days after confirming the return service with UDFINE customer service;
  • The returned product has not been sent in accordance with UDFINE customer service requirements;
  • Other circumstances do not meet the conditions of this return policy.

7-Day Easy Exchange

If a product purchased from udfinefit.com has a quality problem, you can apply for an exchange within 7 days from the date of signing for the product (starting at 00:00 the next day). You can request an exchange for a different color, or for a higher-priced product by making up the difference in price.

Note: If you apply for an exchange for a lower-priced product, the price difference is not refundable.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must fulfill the following criteria.

About exchange fees:

  • Product exchange fees may vary on a case-by-case basis;
  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrapping fees, and taxes paid (e.g. state tax, customs tax, VAT) are non-refundable;
  • The buyer pays the shipping fee in advance, and the UDFINE technical support team will reimburse the buyer for the return shipping fee and be responsible for the shipping and customs clearance fee for the exchange to the buyer (if any) if they confirm that there is a quality issue with the exchanged product, or the buyer will have to pay for the round-trip shipping fee and be responsible for the customs clearance fee (if any) if there is not a quality issue.

 

Your exchange request will be rejected by UDFINE if the following occurs:

  • The exchange request is made more than 7 days from the date of receipt;
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase cannot be provided, or has been forged or altered in any way;
  • Returned products that are incomplete or physically damaged by human factors;
  • Defects or damage to the product not detected by the UDFINE technical support team;
  • Defects or damage to the product caused by modification, spillage of liquids, sand, oil, etc., improper installation or use not in accordance with the user manual;
  • Product defects or damage caused by accidents (including but not limited to collisions, fires, floods, earthquakes, traffic accidents);
  • Returned products that are not issued within 7 days after confirming the exchange service with UDFINE customer service;
  • The occurrence of other circumstances that do not meet the conditions of this exchange policy.

Warranty service
UDFINE offers our worldwide users a warranty for a limited period of time from the date of original purchase for non-human caused product damage or defects. The warranty is one year for defective hardware and six months for defective batteries and charging cables.

The following are the causes of defects that are not covered by the free warranty:

  • Unauthorized assembly or disassembly by individuals;
  • Damage caused by dropping during use;
  • All man-made damages or due to the third party's fault or improper use (including but not limited to water ingress, external force breaking, and scratches during the use of the smartwatch).

Please note:

  • When requesting UDFINE after-sales warranty service, please provide the warranty card filled out in detail and a valid proof of purchase, receipt or order number.
  • For warranty service for products not purchased at udfinefit.com, please contact a direct dealer.
  • Please note that all features of the product are subject to physical condition.

About Warranty Costs:

  • Warranty costs may vary on a case-by-case basis;
  • The customer must prepay all shipping charges and assume all risk of loss or damage to the product during shipment to UDFINE.
